To call…
Way 1
Dial a required number. Push ”call” and on the display there will appear “Wait for call”. Wait for the call. In 7-10 seconds you’ll get an incoming call. Answer the call and after that connection will start to a subscriber you have just called.
Are you a Smartphone or pocket PC user? Install the program from our site (section Help, Download), and an outgoing call will be done in the usual way: dialing the number you will get an answer from a phone subscriber without callback.

How to dial correctly:

Way 2
а) In the menu of your phone go to “Netcode Phone Sim menu”
б) Choose “Call to Netcode Phone Sim menu”.
в) On the display there will appear “Enter number”, enter the number you want to call to.

Way 3
for some phone models
а)dial *146*required number# and then press OK.
b) on the display there will appear “Wait for call”. Wait for the call. In 7-10 seconds you’ll get an incoming call. Answer the call.

Errors in connection or you fail connecting?
Manually change the mobile telecom operator from the menu (menu –settings– operator selection).
In the Russian Federation as a telecom operator choose MTS only.
Rarely, only in UAE and Saudi Arabia outgoing calls are not made in an automatic mode. In this case you can make calls by sending SMS
After sending SMS with text: *146 * phone number #, to 9146, you can call the necessary number
For example: If you call +3726868000, write SMS with the text *146*003726868000# and send to 9146.
SMS is tariffed in the usual way.

To receive call…
Incoming calls are performed as usually. You should answer an incoming call, if there is one. The connection will take place in a usual mode. 

To check the balance…

-Dial 099 to check the balance press call

- replenishing your account on Netcode Phone Sim card by ordering it on http://www.netcode-phone.com Internet-site


To send SMS…
Way 1
- follow user’s instructions of your phone for sending and receiving text messages.

Way 2
- Select Menu then Netcode Phone Sim choose Send SMS and press OK
- enter the number of the subscriber you want to send a message to.
- Enter message you want  to send and press OK
!!!! Don’t forget to dial a subscriber’s number in the following format: 00 + code of a country + code of a town + a phone number
